Refund Policy

Definition

All premium purchases on Porinoi are for digital services and are subject to the terms below.

This Refund Policy governs all payments made on Porinoi for premium features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases. All transactions are processed securely through,Razorpay Payments. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

This policy should be read alongside our -Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this policy and those Terms, the Terms shall prevail.

Article 1: Non-Refundable Items

  • Premium subscription plans
  • Profile boosts
  • Super recommendations / Super Likes
  • Subscription renewals (auto or manual)
  • Porinoi Coins or in-app credits

No Refunds on Activated Services

Once the following services are activated or delivered, they cannot be reversed and are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Article 2: When a Refund Is Allowed

Refunds are considered exclusively in the following verified circumstances.

All claims are reviewed individually and are subject to confirmation by our payments team:

  • You were double-charged for the same transaction
  • Payment was deducted from your account but the plan was not activated
  • A technical failure was verified on Razorpay's end that resulted in payment without service delivery
  • A platform-side technical error caused complete loss of access to your purchased feature

Article 3: Situations Not Eligible for a Refund

The following are explicitly not eligible for a refund, regardless of circumstances:

  • Lack of matches or limited profile activity
  • No replies received from other users
  • Personal dissatisfaction with the platform or its features
  • Wrong expectations about the service
  • Account suspended or banned for violating our Terms & Conditions
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not finding a compatible partner
  • Failure to use purchased features within their validity period

Article 4: How to Raise a Billing Issue

For all billing queries, contact our support team within 48 hours of the payment. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be considered.
